The KAN Samples loops, sounds and other products may only be used pursuant to the terms and conditions enforced by KAN Samples. By purchasing KAN Samples products sold via a distributor or directly from this website, you automatically become bound to the terms of the license.
This license covers all KAN Samples products.
All materials of KAN Samples are purchased under a non-transferable lifetime royalty-free license. This means that only the purchaser has the right to use the sound in a commercial capacity, and that you cannot give or resell your purchased sound libraries. You cannot place the collection on any file sharing network.
You agree to exercise due diligence and maintain strict safeguards on all sound libraries purchased from KAN Samples to prevent unauthorised use or distribution thereof. If you become aware of any unauthorised use or distribution of your libraries purchased from KAN Samples, you shall immediately notify KAN Samples via email.
You can use the sounds in combination with other sounds within your musical works. You can release such compositions commercially without further payment of fees or royalties. However, you are not allowed to use the sounds in isolation (i.e. when not within a musical composition) as part of a commercially released project - for example you cannot use the sounds licensed from KAN Samples to:
Make another Sample Pack collection or any audio sample collection. Also, you are not allowed to use the sounds in isolation for sound effects on a website, on any kind of multimedia, audio or video production, unless as part of a musical performance or in composition with other sounds.
All publications authored and written by KAN Samples including, but not restricted to written articles and tutorial videos are copyrighted properties of KAN Samples. If you are interested in re-publishing or distributing KAN Samples products, please contact KAN Samples directly in writing to request permission to do so.
As a purchaser of product(s) and bound to KAN Samples terms, you agree all information you provide to KAN Samples is completely accurate. You will not disclose access codes or passwords used in accessing any area of the KAN Samples website and services to any other party and will respect the KAN Samples brand by truthfully holding such information as exclusive and confidential.
